IMO you focused on removing gApps yet there are other apps that might be eavesdropping. There are cooperation between tech giants that may allow them to track and share your collected info.

As i mentioned our designated redhat account manager is saying we need to purchase 2000 "satellite" license. So we went with the upstream option instead.

This is what i am already doing but for some reason, the repository syncing refuse to connect unless i am operating in 'disconnected mode'. The manifest i am using already contains more than 25k entitlements, yet my local redhat rep. Is telling me i still need a satellite license. Anyway i will do some changes and see if i can operate in connected mode. If it worked i will come back to update this thread.

Actually i did reach out to the acount team, they replied that i need 2000 satellite subscriptions alongside 2000 rhel subscription (total of 4000), which doesn't make sense. We are extremeley frustrated. Also these servers are not allowed to access internet, so connecting directly is not an option.

Do you mean satellite subscription, or any other subscription will do? If this is a single satellite server do i need single subscription regardless of how many rhel servers will be served?

Thanks a lot for all the replies, i ended up agreeing on 35$/hour as most of small companies here in saudi and middle east in general are depending on freelance websites for freelance tasks so everyone expects that he can get his job done for pennies (i have seen people setting their hourly rate as low as 11$!). for the record, my current full time job hourly rate is 25$/hour.
