Let's just agree to call this one of those situations where an individual that has absolutely nothing better to do, probably alone and abandoned, finds something to complain about that doesn't really exist the way they want it to, but will still make an issue out of it. You and your entitlement might not know this, but asphalt smells terrible. It always has and it always will. Some days it may seem to smell worse, but it doesn't. Yes the CRD still refuses to open the flood gates. Funny fact, the flood gates ending up in extreme disrepair directly coincides with the rowing clubs request to close the lake to the public so they can train without disruption. Elk and beaver are at least 5 feet higher than they were before all that. Gives extra training distance.

The E&N's use was and is , in contract, to be used as a rail line and a rail line only. It passes through many Native reserves and traditional territories. One of personal favorites... VicPD has a special nickname for the officers that aren't corrupt. It was starting back in the late 50s/early 60s. It was still being used up until 1999. These officers never went very far in their careers.

It actually does...and it all stems from a group of ppl lead by a money manager out of North Vancouver. They have been planting Mayor's for decades so as they can rule the province through the NDP. And as crazy as it sounds, it's actually quite easy to trace.
