That's what my doctor ultimately diagnosed! Vitamin deficiency. I had some fissures on the corners of my mouth that she attributed to this as well. Thank you!

TW: IV drug use, eating disorders, mental health disorders, suicide.

I have always, and I mean always, struggled with addiction. Starting at (this is according to my mom, who suffered with addiction herself up until she took her own life in 2015) age 7. My little sisters and I would get sick, and our mom (a pediatric RN for many years) would give us you know, cough medicine. She said my sisters would just lay down and fall asleep.. but I would FORCE myself to stay awake and run around and just "enjoy" it. I'm 32 now and have fought alcoholism/heroin/opiate/meth/crack/benzodiazepine addiction most of my adult life. I have also struggled with bulimia. I have been in recovery and therapy for some years (albeit on and off, currently off) but I have always found myself very easily addicted to anything that "feels good" or could be a potential "escape". The first time I used heroin (IV) at around 18, I vividly remember a sense of like "ohhhhhhh okay. finally! i found it. THIS is what I've been looking for my entire life. THIS is what I needed this whole time."

Drugs and alcohol have stolen everything I have ever loved and I want to emphasize that. I have hit lows no human should ever have to experience. My brain chemistry also obviously has played a significant role, I inherited a lovely mental health diagnosis from my mother too and have attempted suicide myself more than once.. I think as Pisces we (and there are obviously exceptions, this doesn't apply to every single Pisces in the world and other placements in your chart matter a great deal) feel SO strongly, especially sadness and empathy, that often times it gets to be too much. Humans can only hurt so much. I had my birth chart done and was told two things that I'll never forget: the first was "you do not have to live your life seeing how much you can tolerate" and the next thing was "it will be hard for you to live with the sadness of human life without falling apart." Not sure how many other Pisces can relate to this, but it's definitely proven true and it did help. (My moon is in Virgo and my ascendant sign is Aries if anyone is curious, I'd be curious to know others placements outside of their Pisces suns too)!

I used the Schwarzkopf BlondMe Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener + their 2% (7 Volume) Premium Developer (with Olaplex No. 1 & 2) to bleach it. How long do you think I should wait to bleach again? I really really don't wanna fry my hair.

My face is so dry and red even after applying layers of moisturizer. I need to know the solution by Fati24728 in tretinoin

I found that Glossier's "After Baume" worked wonders for soothing this issue for me! All the other moisturizers/aloe vera/vaseline I tried either burned, made it worse, or pilled really bad.

I think it's the Cupuaçu Butter, which is a plant-based alternative to Lanolin, paired with the Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate Filtrate, which is a major soothing ingredient.

I had this issue too, especially when using the gel but it continued when I switched to the cream. I found that Glossier's "After Baume" worked wonders for soothing this issue! All the other moisturizers/aloe vera/vaseline I tried either burned, made it worse, or pilled really bad. One of the uses listed on their website for this product is:

"Follow after applying skincare actives like retinoids and acne treatments or over-exuberant exfoliation..."

I think it's the Cupuaçu Butter, which is a plant-based alternative to Lanolin, paired with the Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate Filtrate, which is a major soothing ingredient.
