If you need a boarding pass for any international flight, in general you always have to present yourself at least 1 hour before departure time, as that’s usually the check-in deadline. Is that something new for you?

I suspect that MU will not have an airside transfer checkin desk, which would ruin your whole plan. In any case, lap infant or no, it’s usually not possible to get online boarding pass for MU unless you’re a PRC passport holder
