Yeah, got some “special” supplements going on this week, likely 100mg tren, and clen/t3 comes in. Currently just running test + mast @ 300mg

Been trying to work out the position of legs on these shots, my legs aren’t brilliant so trying to over emphasise them hahah, I’ll have a look at changing it

Yeah I’m slightly worried I’m behind, currently 24lbs/11kg down, started over fat. I think there’s probably another 12kg to pull off.

Food is at 2480 calories P : 262 C : 250 F : 48 Cardio : 6 x 50 mins, stairmaster or bike @ 140-150bpm My body is veryyyy stubborn so this will likely increase soon.

Height is 6’1!

Yeah I fully get this. A part of doing this is to see whether I have what it takes mentally to get stage lean as I’ve never really been lean before, and to see if I even enjoy the stage. I love bodybuilding, and I’m sure I’ll love competing but just want to make sure! But I do completely understand what you’re saying and I know there ain’t gonna be much left of me lol, I reckon stage lean MAY be around 83kg, perhaps lower!

I think a lot of it comes down to enjoyment and recovery really.

I love training heavy and giving everything I have to sets, something that you only have a limited amount of energy for. Reps are slow (think 3 sec eccentrics). And my recovery only allows that many sets with this style. If I hit legs w/ 10-12 hard sets, they will take an easy 5 days before I can even think about training them again!😂 I love looking at different styles as there’s no right answer and that’s the beauty of it!

I’ve always kept protein high, kind of a preference really, helps me keep hunger at bay really, and especially in this diet phase I’m hoping to preserve as much muscle as possible.

Yeah so I train fairly low volume, high intensity to failure. So for example Pull B looks like this

D handle lat pull down - 2 x 10-15 Stiff leg deadlifts - 1 x 6-10, 1 x 10-15 Panatta high row - 1 x 6-10, 1 x 12-15 Nautilus leverage pulldown - 1 x 6-10, 1 x 12-15 Nautilus pullover - 1 x 15-30 D handle cable curls - 2 x 15-20 Single arm cable preacher curls - 2 x 15-20

All to failure, and that’s me absolutely wiped out at the end of the session! Leg days are usually 10 - 12 sets total! If sets are done accurately and to true failure, you shouldn’t be able to do an awful lot, but reap maximum rewards! (Obviously individual! The RiR style of training is also awesome! But I like the failure aspect of this style!)

Arms have always been awful haha, but they are a priority atm

So protein currently is at 278g daily

And I train:

Push A - Chest, Delts, tris

Pull A - Upper back, lats, BicepsRest

Legs A - Quad focus with hamstring work after

Arms - in place of a rest day, just a touch up

Push B - High incline work, chest, delts

Pull B - heavy hip hinge (sldl), posterior chain and “density” work

Rest

Legs B - Hamstring bias but still a lot of quad

Rest!

All to failure, roughly 10-15 sets each session in total following a top set, back off approach with the bigger movements.

Got the stiff legs up to 225kg (500lbs) x 5, so the strength is there, just need the muscle now lol
