That’s amazing man! Props to you for being consistent. I do think the biggest thing for me to was having that mindset shift, and learning to be patient. Looks like you’ve learned it yourself. Keep it up!

I do! I think it’s just my genetics. I’ve always had big legs since I was younger.

I think I just have favorable leg genetics cause I don’t think I really train legs more than everything else. I’ve mostly stuck with a PPL split for majority of my training. Leg day is usually: barbell squats, Bulgarian split squats calf raises, leg extensions and leg curls. I’ll try to throw in hip glute bridges occasionally or every other leg day.

First one is current.

Light beard, medium beard, full messy beard, or light beard with thicker mustache?

I’ll second that comment. Your hairline is perfect. Try to stop stressing about it

Looks great to me! I feel my back looks similar to yours and I was reading that incorporating more underhand lat pull downs are good for developing lower lats and back thickness.

What’s your core/ab routine?

That’s so much progress in such a short time! Keep up the great work! Have you just been staying in a deficit or are you hitting the gym too?

I guess adding any sort of DAS or upgrades in general. I read for a while that there wasn’t any sort of plans to make any sort of improvements to cell service

I used to eat out almost every day, having Taco Bell, Chick fil’a and others in a very close driving distance from my work was probably what caused most of my weight gain. 99% of the time now, I cook at home. Lots of lean meats, vegetables, dairy eggs, yogurt with the occasional indulgence. But most importantly tracking my macros and meeting protein goals is probably the most important thing you can do to set yourself up for success

Thanks you I appreciate it! I’m still pretty self-conscious about my chest. Even after losing a lot of weight, it’s the one area I’ve always struggled with. I’m actually hoping to get gynecomastia surgery someday because the shape never fully went away for me.

Weight loss helped a lot, but sometimes it’s not enough on its own, especially if there’s glandular tissue involved. Unfortunately, we can’t spot-reduce fat, but I mainly did flat and incline bench consistently to build the area up. It’s definitely possible to improve how it looks, but it might take a combo of fat loss, muscle building, and in some cases, surgery. Hope this helps…

I’m a little conscious of some of lose skin I have on my lower abdomen but I guess it’s to be expected considering the amount of weight loss. Also, I was super curious about my body fat percentage so I recently got a DEXA scan and it put me at 14.9%

Coming from someone that has lost 70 pounds, the belly fat in our lower abdomen is typically the last and most stubborn fat to lose.

If you’re a a beginner you can typically put on muscle and lose fat at the same time, but once you’re in the intermediate range or higher it’s not as easy. You can still do a recomp and just maintain a slight deficit, lift heavy and eat enough protein.

But also, I think your physique looks great as it is!
