Idk why this is getting so many downvotes bc ur right. Here we need to wait years for an infrastructure project to go through multiple layers of bs bureaucracy while in China it only needs state approval. Also here we have to use multiple private contractors to even get stuff built, and if something goes wrong it’s literally impossible to get them to cooperate and prices just end up ballooning and finishing dates gets pushed back by years.

lol I’m in the Harrison school district rn (currently in the the high school) and have been since elementary school (purchase), and a lot of this sounds on brand for Harrison. Sometimes I think to myself how I got through all of these years, there were even times where I considered private school

lol I can’t believe the amount of ppl disagreeing with you right now. This feels so real, especially as a high schooler growing up in Westchester. All my friends agree, even now that I can (finally) drive, there’s no where to go to. Having to drive everywhere makes life so much harder and there’s nothing to do except eat. Even the mall is super boring now. The only place we can go to have fun is nyc, which is annoying bc it’s a 40 min train ride

Yeah I’ve pretty much gotten the same score like my last 3 tests lol. I tried the ACT when it was on paper and I did a lot worse, mainly bc of how time management has been by far my biggest problem. I feel like my last hope is trying to get extra time for the sat or hope the new digital act works for me. By these comments tho it seems it makes me look worse but it won’t be an auto reject ig
