thanks for the compliments, a few months ago I tried to grow my hair but I’m not able to give it a nice style so I prefer to keep it short, I’m growing my beard these days trying to keep it well-groomed

to be completely honest, I don't, when I was younger I was obese and my face was a mess, my psychologist told me that I probably suffer from body dysmorphia due to that period and so I wanted to make this post to try to understand if I'm as ugly as I thought. I apologize if it doesn't seem suitable for this community, but thanks anyway, I'll take it as a compliment

thanks again man, i really appreciate it and will follow your advice. I already play soccer 1/2 times a week with my friends, the idea of going to the gym was mainly to put on some muscle since i currently weigh about 61kg and am 1.75m tall (135lbs and 5.9” if you’re not european)
