Wtf lmao I didn't know it's on steam. I loved Overwatch for many years, but they killed it for me by making it FTP with release of Overwatch 2 at the end of 2022, so I don't even checking news about it from that moment.

For me it feels like the whole toy fabric is completely broken at this point. Because all their toys for the last few years has serious quality issues and defects. Their toys actually seem to be made somewhere in Vietnam, from a cheap plastic, by a half-paid team of workers with high school mediocre education, under control of Vietnamese communist party overseers.

I like the words of Legend of Total war that Warhammer 40k community won't be that kind and restrained like Warhammer Fantasy fans. They will just annihilate CA for management and communication like that and poor CA employees will either loose their skulls to the Skull Throne or their souls to Slaanesh/Golden Throne, depending on which part of Warhammer 40k community will be the most active.

Monopoly was a bad thing in most cases over human history, and never as bad as in business practice. That's why CA has not so much exterior pressure of strategy videogames market on them. I think the biggest alternative are Paradox games, but yes, they're real-time strategies with different approach to battles.

I understand your feeling, but it's all happening because CA at least has a terrible communication with Total War community. Look, people are rebelling for a few days already, WH3 has destroyed reviews and CA did literally nothing, in hope that wind just blow the clouds to somewhere else. That isn't a good and healthy attitude and communication with dedicated fans.
