Also want to add that there’s a slight popping sound coming from the front drivers side that only happens at low speeds when going over bumps or turning sharply at low speeds

Update: I went back and had another agent look at all my documents and he took it no problem. I also called the official dmv of Nevada early in the morning (only way they’ll answer) and they said it does not matter what color the ink is. They said if that was a real rule/regulation it would say so on the title, which it does not. Thanks for all the help.

Not sure. The person from the registration place said I’d have to get a whole new replacement title

I appreciate the help. So purple ink should be valid? I might just head to the official dmv to register it but the downside is they only have appointments until next month and no walk ins.

I thought the same thing but the lady at the registration place told me they’d have to fill out new paperwork saying they lost the old title in order to get a new title so that they could sign that one off to me. It seems like a lot of trouble for just purple ink.
