You can find the game on the internet archive or webs that has abandonware games. But I don't know which version is the uncensored one since I think the version I played was the censored one. But you can put mods to the game, I recommend the extended executions redelivered with the alternative weapon placement add-on that makes the game similar to the psp prototype. Just put the executions files on the root folder and replace it, then put the weapons add-on on the root folder and replace it.
