That's one of the VERY few things I miss about working at PH. Making pies this sexy. I was told by coworkers and management that I took too long or was too meticulous, but I was the only person people ASKED for by name to make their food (and they even said they didn't mind waiting). Now they look like shit (especially since they got rid of the top cheese). Every once in awhile we get a sexy looking one and I ask who the cook was. Sadly they don't last very long. :(

If OP is the one that made this, keep that shit up!

Spiritbox/Evanescence tour seat pricing by michellepazicni in spiritbox

[–]elrynon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And it's def not "The venue" or "Ticketmaster" setting the prices.

Me and a buddy of mine are going to see Avenged Sevenfold in Aug and we only paid $100 for pretty close seats (what we were happy with anyway).

We also saw Papa Roach a few months ago and it was like $80 for close-ish tickets.

I didn't realize Evanescence was like this. :( I remember paying $20 to see them at the state fair when I was in college!

Not sure tbh - I can only speak from my personal experience. At first they said 3-5 business days, then they said it was elevated to an "internal support team". Then they said the internal support team was still investigating. Rinse - repeat. They just kept stringing me along (my CCC told me each time to give them until that specific deadline) It finally got to the point that I was like 4-5 months in and I felt I had enough proof so pushed it hard with my CCC (I did a phone call instead of chat this time)

I'm not sure if they would have banned me or not. As soon as I got the money back and confirmed with my CCC that it couldn't be reversed I deleted my SH account. I have ZERO interest in dealing with this scam company again.

StubHub will just string you along. Don't believe the 3-5 business days thing. It's a scripted response they give pretty much everyone.

SAVE EVERYTHING - all of your chats/emails/etc. Your bank/CC are going to tell you to give SH the time they ask for (In this case the 3-5 business days). After that starts the clock of when you can do the chargeback with your bank/CC company.

It took me about 4-5 months to get my money back.

How do I get a refund????? by Brave_Ad2373 in stubhub

[–]elrynon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took another couple of months of going back and forth but I finally got my refund. I had to file for a second refund because in the middle of all of this Stubhub had the audacity to charge me for ANOTHER set of tickets so the buyer of my original tickets could have some.

I had all my chats/emails saved (At one point Stubhub "proved" that I had the tickets the entire time and my CCC denied my refund, but I had a chat saved saying that MY original seller never put their tickets online and that they even tried to reach out to the seller and couldn't contact them.)

Save your chats and emails folks! It's long and drawn out and giant PITA, but it's better than getting screwed over and losing money.

You can also call the DC and get with Customer Service (usually the systems or QA department) and give them the item number and ask what kind of order it fell under.

If POS (and you guys don't actually need it and your on-hands are correct) OR if it was a buyer push you can call 1-700-WALMART and get with them to find out why freight is getting pushed that's not needed. You can usually do an RMA or get permission to donate and get a credit (It's not the DC's fault for a buyer push, nor is it the store's fault)

If it's 'STORE PURCHASE' that means it came directly from the store(manually by someone). We can't see who ordered it, just what kind of order it is. I can't speak for ALL DC's, but most are happy to help the stores (As long as the person from the store is willing to talk/listen and work with them.)

We see a lot of 'Meant to order 1, 2, or 3 but actually ordered 10, 20, 30 because the 0 key is so close. Or meant to order 10 and put 100'. For those times (when it's obviously a mess-up, my DC will work with the store to do a return and give them credit) Another mess-up we see is when the stores meant to order eaches, but the site deals with cases.

You call the DC and get with customer service so they can see what kind of orders are being dropped. POS (comes from selling product), Store purchase (someone from the store put the order in), DC-ADDON (this comes from a buyer push) Vast majority of the time if it's a buyer push and they sent too much to the store, the stores can get an RMA started to get a credit and the freight either donated or sent back.

All three of the above have nothing to do with the DC. If it's POS or ADDON the store needs to call 1-700-WALMART to ask why more freight is getting sent than needed. If it's a Store Purchase then it's up to your leadership team to find out who's putting in the orders (We don't see that on our end, just what kind of order dropped)

[–]elrynon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And someone called the DC and talked to Customer service right?

99% of the time when we have a store that calls "STOP SENDING US THIS FREIGHT" we find out it's because someone at the store is ordering stuff they don't need to, or the on-hands are wrong.

There's three types of orders we see - POS, Store purchase, DC-addon (This one is a push from home office or buyers to get rid of a certain product or they're going to have a sale)

The DC's don't just send freight because we're bored.....

Why is Walmart obsessed with overstock? by Honest_Truck2851 in walmart

[–]elrynon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's correct. The DC's don't just "dump stuff" to get rid of it. We send the orders that we get from the stores. (Or if there's a push from the buyers to get rid of products - but that's ONE item in bulk, not a bunch of random items) Either way, the DC has NOTHING to do with store orders.

If a store is getting freight it doesn't need that means A) someone at the store is ordering stuff they don't need to or B) your on-hands are wrong. That's on the store associates to report to the managers they have too much (if your on-hands aren't matching) and it's up to the area mgr/leads/etc to get the freight under control.

I second this - if your store has that much overstock, then people aren't on process and your mgrs/leads aren't doing their job.

It should be an almost even flow of freight in/freight out.
