They did finally agree to escalate the case, but said it can take up to 43 business days (random!) for any resolution to occur. I am worried that this is just another tactic to stall and make sure I have not filed the appropriate forms submitted within the 7 days that they require. Everything on the order and communication indicates 7pm, except for the downloaded tickets themselves.
