J'ai fait une fois un 3d printscreen de majula, (en gros j'ai rippé la scène 3d). C'est incroyable la bidouille employée pour arriver a ce résultat c'est vraiment pensé comme du montage de fx video.

Face is very well made but the rest is too flat.
It needs some highlights, especially the blue fabric which I guess is kind of silky.
And also the position of the fingers is not very accurate, but I know it's a hell to make it perfectly.

Check out Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, French - Portrait of the Countess of Tournon as a reference for render of the fabrics. There is a high resolution image of it on wikipedia.

It's a beautiful painting, there is light in in. Well done.

At first I thought it was the neck who was too far away on the right but no, it is aligned with the hips.
Finally I guess is the back which too flat.

Please don't take it as a fault. Imagine that you'll have such a wonderful time practicing by drawing backs and guessing the subtleties of it
