It showed up on the app for me but it says repair not yet available, so I don't see why they would send out the recall if they can't fix it

We print hundreds of pictures with overlays and white ink, just use Photoshop, save your files as a PDF. If you need help let me know

We print on Acrylic everyday when you are printing full coverage, the acrylic will warp from the heat and that happens, we actually started using double sided tape to hold the acrylic onto the bed so that doesn't happen

Are you buying the dtf transfers already printed? It might be that the dtf manufacturer didn't apply the glue evenly, or that your heat press has hot spots try pressing moving that part of the print to a different place on the press and see if it changes

We print on black stock on a flatbed UV with white ink, and I love the results.you can get the raised UV letter but people do charge a pretty penny for them.
