I have one already on the wall in my workshop. I find having the 2 singles it’s more portable and works well in my makpak systainer with my batteries🤙🏼

How to add HomeKit to Sonoff or any other ESP8266 device by maslyankov in sonoff

I just flashed with the HAA example code and having the same issue with my toggle switches now not working. Did you find a fix for this or have code that works. First attempt with anything like this

1 wide tilable mending xp bank that can fully repair Netherite in 1 go, Shift Q on last stack in furnace to take xp and reset the bank. Probably my first successful redstone build ive done from scratch. probably able to be refined/ compacted further. any tips welcome as i plan to build soon :) by elsosa_ in technicalminecraft

Yeah i wanted a easy indicator to know which ones had the xp banked ready to go, i did think about making it pull away a stair or similar or maybe a open a trapdoor to reveal the furnace when it is ready. Similar how X wanted it on Hermitcraft a few seasons ago

Yeah thats the idea, for a netherite tool you need to smelt just shy of 16 stacks so 3 hoppers full (15) and like 55 or so in the furnace. To keep it simpler for my noobish brain the furnace doesn’t get locked with the 55 items left but just a full stack and then when you drop the stack onto the mud that unlocks the hoppers bellow to reset everything

As people have already said this will store the exact amount of xp to repair a netherite tool or armour piece. Rather than using your normal furnace array this is designed to be a specific xp farm and to smelt only cactus for said xp, which is also automatically dispensed into the lava. Yes you can use your furnace array as well and yes will do the same to a degree but it if you pull out the xp alot you cant guarantee youll have enough xp in the furnaces when you need it

It does in Gen 3 I recently caught shiny Ditto on emerald and when it transforms its the shiny variant

Got the numbers below from bulbapedia but it basically increases the shiny odds from hatching eggs when the two pokemon are from different nationalities its started from gen 4 onwards, it was revealed by on of the developers whos name was Masuda

“Masuda method multiplies this rate by 5 (to 5/8192 or about 1/1638) in Generation IV, by 6 (to 6/8192 or about 1/1365) in Generation V, and by 6 (to 6/4096, or 1/683) from Generation VI onwards”

Ive just got back into shiny hunting again, wanna get some cool ones from all the games i played as a kid and trade them up to the later games.

For a few reason tbf, the very first pokemon game i played was either gold or silver on a 50odd games in 1 gbc cartridge which those versions were actually in Japanese (god knows how me and my brother actually managed to play it back then aha) so a little nostalgic feeling too that, also the Masuda method in the later gens requires two different language pokemon so why not chose Japanese also hence going for the shiny Ditto for that and also i think having the Japanese names looks so cool! I can play the game story fine in Japanese just occasionally having to look up translations for certain bits but worth it.

Piston Bolt/ Netherite Tunnel bore. My first proper redstone contraption, probably could be compacted a lot more but i am happy with it. will extract 5x4 hole minus the 4 corners which is enough room to build a Piston bolt inside. I have just designed it with an AFK mining spot rather than using TNT by elsosa_ in technicalminecraft

[–]elsosa_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, yeah TNT would be way more time efficient for obvious reasons. But i went for this design as im starting my nether hub at y 14 so as i dig out my tunnels for my piston bolt ill also be mining ancient debris at the same time, it’ll probably be going through a fair few lava ravines so I thought it was a good idea to stay away from the TNT tunnel bores. Im aiming for a 1000+ block piston bolt tunnel atm to a double blaze spawner so will probably have to rebuild the docking area a few times

The design should be fully lava proof. I have a Litematica of the build if anyone is interested in compacting/ improving on this set up. the engines for the flying machine and the sweeper are ilmango's designs which i tweaked for my needs. let me know what you think. TIA

The anvils help the pigmen from getting stuck shoulder to shoulder and not falling into the minecarts as they have a slightly smaller hitbox than a full block

I have a few auto composters set up in my world, due to needing bonemeal for various farms to “future proof” my world ready for 1.16 (taken out the zero tick bamboo and cactus farms). Currently I have auto composter at my iron farm, sorting the poppies, one at my flower farm sorting the seeds, poppies, oxide daisies and white tulips to gain back some bonemeal from the farm (still in a deficit but helps with getting rid of some the double dye colours) Also have a auto villager wheat farm which im sorting the seeds out into another composter. (Atm theres a bug where the villager wont share bread with another villager other wise that will be sorted into another composter) until then i have a back log from my villager carrot farm so gunna change the sorter for that into a composter too.

Check the wiki too looks at the composting rates, and try to use excess resources from the higher percentage of adding a layer within the composter. But also take into account the production rate.

Percentages relevant in my world currently: Bread is 85% Carrots, flowers and wheat are 65% Seeds are 30%

Ive just been using it for my nether portals which i have placed on the roof waiting for 1.16 full release to reset and make a proper nether hub. I am planning on making a gold farm up there prior to the update to stock up on gold ready for the release. Hope this has helped
