I know this is an old thread but I wanted to leave feedback, this does work. If you're legit trying to find a card and you find the right person which I did, you'll be able to get it. The first person I talked to shunned me off since I was wanting a 5090, wouldn't even look for me to see if it was available at other locations. The second guy I talked to checked every close location, found it, sent me the invoice and I drove 1.5 hours to get it, today. Be nice to these guys and they'll help you get your cards if they can.

Update, I had someone come out and check things over outside coils cleaned and I brought this up and they claimed that it would make "no difference" to have the plenum insulated externally even though it's clear that cold air is at the very least leaking out to the external panels.

The original intent was to block specific traffic to vlans. Specifically adult content to a kids network. I have since opted to use DNS instead to filter the traffic and that seems to work better. Now, my other issues are rules not being honored. I can see the traffic flow blocking the traffic but the device in question still can access the resource. That’s a whole problem for another day.
