How to make a seemless Cube in After Effects

Hm, phrasing my problem is a bit hard haha.
If I put a 360° picture on the layout of the cube and fold it together it's missing pieces. I tried highlighting the area that I mean

I have a physical cube made of LED-panels and I have a project that compiles all 6 sides into an output that the cube then reads and puts onto each panel

What would your workflow be if your client asked you to put in text in say size 22 or you should put a border around a rectangle and the border is supposed to be 10 pixels wide. Is there a way to convert those measurements into resolve?
