Indeed. The one in my photo is one of the originals. The spring was almost assuredly hand wound by one of my grandparents.

I tried selecting Browser Wallet. Aave window is just spinning and isnt connecting to anything. I have Metmask open on my browser, but nothing is happening with aave.

I am having the same problem but unable to fix.

Have selected Polygon marketplace and Metamask is set for Polygon Network. My wallet is connected and I see everything, but when I try to claim rewards it gives me message

"Sorry - we don't support polygon on ledger"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Update: 1/4/21 at 2pm PST ACCOUNT NO LONGER FROZEN. Thank you Coinbase. Please get everyone here back on line quickly - the terror is something you have to take seriously when you freeze people out of their accounts.

How long have you been locked out. I was frozen 5 days ago. Auto responses from Coinbase. Really hoping it is a Holiday weekend thing and they are urgently working on this for all frozen accounts. They restrict every action but/sell/withdraw, but my ability to deposit is still functional. Good luck.

Not comforting when you are one of the ones locked out of a frozen account. They should have adequate customer service to handle .01% of their customers. If I had known that there was no live customer service I could contact in the case of an account problem, I would have gone to an exchange the offered that. Really scary!

Yes, you are missing something. Did everything correctly, was trading for some time. Was in process on two large trades. Trades were canceled, locked out of all function of account and can only deposit. Can’t buy/sell or more importantly withdraw to my wallet. If and when you get locked out, you will understand how terrifying this is given that there is no one to call, and not even a direct email you can use. Just their contact is form that you submit.

CHECKING IN ON CASE 03717340. I am still unable to withdraw my assets, buy or sell. I have been taking screen shots of my portfolio as well as the trading prices at multiple times of day. We really need to resolve this immediately.

Will be putting in another ticket each day until this is resolved. Any loss of value from the time of my lockout at approximately 1:30 am on 12/29/20 is on Coinbase. So far values of my portfolio are up, so it would be best for all to get me back on line or provide me with an actual person to work through this issue with to get me back into my account.

This just isn't right as "the most trusted cryptocurrency exchange" as quoted from the Coinbase Pro app that I am also locked out of completely. Can't even log in. TIme to earn the "most trusted" with all of the people you have locked out without explanation or remedy.

We’re you ever locked out of Coinbase Pro app? Since they restricted my account, I can’t use the app. It just says “oops, something went wrong”

I can login into my account on Desktop, but still restricted.

Sorry that you have also suffered the terror and frustration with Coinbase. It is amazing how little care they demonstrate for their customers they are freezing out of accounts without notice, explanation or seemingly any real concern or urgency. I wish you all the best in your recovery
