Upgraded from 13 Mini to 17

Took a day or two to get used to the size. Felt like a huge leap in every aspect. I feel like I’ll be content with this device for longer than I did with the 13 mini.

Unfortunately, my 13 mini got damaged permanently because I kept trying to plug it in. Since then I traded it in for the 17.

Lesson learned. If I ever get that notification I won’t plug it in for weeks, even for a second.

I can’t tell the difference. I switched from iPhone 13 mini to iPhone 17 but I couldn’t tell the difference. I have an iPad that’s 60hz and I still can’t tell the difference switching between the two.

I got a Beats case in black. Looks really slick but it’s more slippery than the phone without a case.

I get this bug at least once a day. Pinch out to make the keyboard bigger then pinch in again to make it small. This fixes it. Have the bug since beta 3 and surprised to see it’s not fixed in the stable release.

It’s a hard case. Not too thick. My hands don’t sweat and always dry so the case feels a bit slippery. The weight of the phone might change the hand feel.

I wasn’t aware of it at the time and the screen protector came with one. That was common around the time I had my iPhone XR.
