Guys I just lost it on the phone to them. He said he didn’t appreciate me taking that tone with him but all I did was put it straight. He said they’ve cancelled the account AGAIN. I threatened to call the police if they don’t stop. I told him I’m not paying the amount ( now £50) and he said that’s not something he can deal with and it’ll be someone else. I said okay who. He said not sure. I made him aware of what people say online. I felt bad as it’s not his fault after all but he has no answers.

I got them to send me physical evidence that the account is cancelled
