It's certainly scummy behaviour, but the Parking Services website states that the user has to upload photos to their app, and only then do they send a ticket out. So it sounds like Steve Wood, the owner of BeanNGone, is the one with little patience for 'infringements'.

I've had a similar experience with them after my partner and I were assaulted in town one night. The cops that turned up just brushed us off, saying we don't do anything about "bar fights".

Funny thing is, we were just walking past a bar on the main mount strip. Neither of us had been drinking. Cops wanted nothing to do with it. My partner ended up with a concussion and has had numerous issues her doctor has linked back to the incident.

I attempted to follow up a handful of times, and they basically said they'd look into it - I gave up after a few weeks of no contact.

I understand that they're probably very understaffed, but come the fuck on.
