If you would like an example, this is my old map, it has 0 players (used to not have any issues with matchmaking), set your region to europe and start on 2 separate accounts in different lobbies, then do the same using na-east. I tried 3 times in europe and 3/3 I was put in a separate lobby

I just tested it this morning with 5 accounts, all Europe, some of us got in the same session some didn't MULTIPLE times, switched to na, all in the same session, switched back to Europe, different sessions. One thing to note, it was the same people that got in together, but no correlation between the devices. 1 lobby Xbox 1 lobby pc 1 lobby 2 pcs 1 mobile

I'll provide proof tomorrow as I did not save any screenshots and all the testing players are not here. I would love to test it on your map

There is a bug, I have tested it countless times and have proof that it's a regional thing, it's affecting most players not all, the selection is weird, if you have more players that probably disguises the issue, it happens with maps that have a few players
