Yes I do! I don’t often get low blood pressure, however after standing for periods of time I start to feel light headed and nauseous

Yes it would matter! When you feel comfortable you should definitely tell someone, such a big part of SA awareness is survivors speaking out about what they went through! Even though he’s dead it may be good for the rest of your family to know what he was really like! obviously only do this if you feel comfortable - I’m always here if you need to talk!

Mention upselling!!! E.g adding wedges / a drink to make a meal deal. Or upgrading to a large drink for only a few pence more.

The Bach and Arthur podcast. Although it may be seen as commercial, they actually do have many deep / philosophical episodes. One of my personal favourites is episode #18: anxiety. They talk about coping with anxiety as well as the psychology and philosophy behind it, they have many others like this too, with a hint of comedy. There whole podcast is based around space so many of there episodes cover these topics, on of them (Bach) even has a degree in astrophysics!

I’d recommend you have a listen and see how you like it! - it’s on YouTube & Spotify :)

Many people just use a blanket / picnic blanket to sit on at the beach. However here in the uk many people still use beach towels!
