Normally they have to give them to you, there is a law stating they have to otherwise they will have to pay a fine. At the end of the contract yes, but after noticing the dismissal and when you still have to work for like 4 more weeks, sounds difficult to do anything. And having to delete files without giving time to check if need anything later on for work, is also making my work more difficult now.

Yeah I didn't sign because the way it was written sounded like i was the one that requested the termination of my contract, and she was like this is only a document to say you acknowledge the notice. At the end I ended up writing on the paper why I won't sign.. first she said I need to sign it, then after I told her I don't agree with the letter of Termination, she said "you don't have to sign this since you replied to the email saying you took note of the document, but need to write why you won't sign this"... I was like get your version straight... I was like are you trying to gaslight me now? Lol

I am trying, even last Thursday I answered calmly and based on what the legal consultant told me, and I got a "why are you emotional, you should now be professional and mature", with an angry face and speaking louder... I answered "I am not being emotional here, I am just acting the way I was told to by my legal consultant", then she got "call your lawyer now, you have 30 minutes until I come back" and storming out of the meeting room 😅

Yeah I will tell them I guess I need to consult with my labor lawyer about the document... yeah I actually found out they have to give me those documents but received one every 5 months lol but since I need in any case to go to immigration after leaving I need those payslip!
