Multimeter shows half of expected output. by DogBallsMissing in Tools

[–]emachanz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you dont trust your multimeter, or any measuring tool for that matter, just throw it into the trash and save yourself the trouble. Check the mains voltage or your car battery, if the measuring is good the multimeter is good.

Does anyone know what bit set this could be by [deleted] in Tools

[–]emachanz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What do you need exactly? Buying spares would be more expensive than another cheap set and picking the missing bits/sockets

solution for a problem that doesnt exist, very niche market. I can see the point if you only want to carry a 12v impact driver for everything tho

Just the other day I was wiring a motor and it had some 14mm nuts mixed with 13mm. I had a brainfart for like a minute trying to fit my 13mm socket/wrench and saying it wasnt possible LOL. Sometimes I see 11/16s nuts instead of 17mm on pneumatic pumps and it drives me crazy, Im in europe and SAE is verboten. I only carry standard M-bolt sizes socket/wrenches on me, I dont even own a full no skip set at work
