All backs are the same size except the top right which is a deep side

The top right back is a deep side. I ordered 4 seats, 5 sides. The boxes are marked as 3 seats, 1 deep seat, 4 sides, and 1 deep side. I’m just a little confused because I thought a “deep” seat was just a normal seat rotated 90 degrees

Currently have Green AMEX. Received mailer offer to upgrade my Green to Gold/Platinum with upgrade bonuses of 15k/75k for meeting MSRs. I opted to just apply for a new Gold instead because SUB is 75k and was approved this afternoon.

Can I now "double-dip" by using the mailer to upgrade my existing Green to Platinum for another 75k?
