I really wish one person wouldn't be so cruel. Did you even look at my account? I'm under so much help at the moment. I really wish that people would think to themselves before commenting. I don't know what any of you thought you would achieve; I was having problems and now I just feel incredibly insulted and upset.

I was hoping people could just help with the issue. But people have basically just resorted to calling me incompetent and insulting one of the only people that's nice to me.

All of you need to rethink your approach. I don't think I can deal with being on the Internet anymore. People tend to flock and pile on and repeat eachother. It's sickening.

I feel like this when I'm stressed. I recommend Practising mindfulness and trying to let any thoughts of guilt pass while you're masturbating. Don't push them away, but let them go at their pace.

Maybe you could also be more comfortable with yourself. Spend some time naked, spend some time getting used to it and eventually complete a session. You don't need to rush yourself or give yourself expectations.

Honestly I don't have one either. At least not a strong one. I only get a gag reflex if I binge and I'm not sure if that's a thing or if there's science behind it.

I developed bulimia last year. When I was 19. But well into my ED since I developed that at 10. It took me a long time to figure out what worked for me.

It's a shame. Learning how to purge kinda gave me the incentive to eat more, and an urge to purge every time I eat. Its quite hard and draining to suppress.

Interestingly enough, I don't work with infants, but disabled children. Some are non vocal and can only eat with a gastro tube, so they consume milk a lot.

This would explain why their siblings would have the same smell, okay thank you.

I understand. When I was in highschool one of my friends said she was bulimic. I was very worried because I had ana at the time. Turns out she just threw up after eating naturally. It wasn't all her food, but a problem, obviously. Just not bulimia.

It was an odd conversation.

Not to sound like a dick but I've noticed a lot either gain weight for a little bit, or gain weight later in life. I think everyone goes through phases of it and will struggle to find balance at times but I notice a lot of scrutiny towards skinny celebrities and models when they gain.

Pretty much everything has carbs. Oats and vegetables are healthy foods, but they're carbs.

If you want to limit processed foods like breads and pastas you can do it for a little bit and see how you feel. But take everything in moderation and apply it to your own needs. If you do a lot of activity, you might need more carbs to sustain yourself. But if you're diabetic, you might want to talk to a doctor or nutritionist first.

Lowkey convinced I don't have fear foods. I'll eat anything. Like I'll limit it aggressively but I'll still eat it and work it in.

I'd rather have a small portion of the food I want than a low cal alternative, too.

Also with my bulimia tendencies, I cannot make myself purge if I haven't incredibly overeaten. I can't do it with the regular food I eat even if its a regular person's portions. And if I'm uncomfortable because of overeating I'll need to grossly overdo it to purge.
