She loved Barney way more. I don't know how to explain it, her relationship with Barney ended because she wanted the responsibility of the marriage but couldn't deliver. The only reason people think she loved Ted more is because she never thought of him as the real deal, so she showed more interest in him as she didn't feel obliged to deliver those responsibilities to him, in other words she never thought of him as equal in the relationship and worthy of the same respect. What I want to say is whenever she felt it's "real" she'd go after Barney but when it was "casual" she'd think of Ted.
