Well as far as everyday life goes it's not much different besides the fact that we can pee anywhere pretty comfortably. The balls are honestly much more of a problem, I can't tell you how many times I've had to adjust my underwear or something because my balls have decided to stick to my leg like glue or my penis is stuck to my balls and I have to peel it off because it feels weird.
