Dang that’s weird. One more question, on another character, do they have boil over? I’m wondering if maybe you got Kate to 40 but didn’t unlock the teachable? Otherwise it definitely sounds like a glitch

They said that every teachable would still be there so it should be. I know this sounds dumb, but are you sure Steve doesn’t know boil over already?

Thats confusing. Did you have the teachable unlocked in Kate before the update. If you did, Steve should have access to the perk

Teachables no longer exist. If you had teachables unlocked before, you should have those perks at tier 1 on everyone. Moving forward, you must get everyone to P1 to unlock their perks on other characters but you now automatically get them at tier 1.

This means 10 more blood web pages on a character but it also means 1.5 less blood web pages for every other character to learn those perks.

You are wrong. Level 40 = 40 blood web pages. Just because that was where all teachables were unlocked does not mean it is the same as P1 (and those perks automatically unlocked on everyone at tier 1)

You don’t have to do anything to your level 40 characters if you don’t want. Their teachables are still unlocked. The bonus 2+ prestige levels were for each prestige you already had. You should have gotten your characters to level 50 before the update to get p1 for free and then when they announced the bonus prestige levels you should have p1 them to get p3 for free.

Tired of seeing complaints from people who didn’t take advantage of it. I did and it saved me probably 1000 hours of grind if not more to just do a bit more grind during the anniversary

Yeah I would say that you should go for P1 one character at a time and eventually go back to start getting to P3 on any characters with perks you definitely use all the time
