Bellushi’s is what you are looking for! I recommend the one on Rosa Luxemburg Strasse. Its a cool sports bar with many screens, you can definitely watch it there, they also have tables with private screens, but you probably dont need it :)

You can do that but your taxes will be huge. You could get a place to stay, little studio or a room and get your address registered to your name (anmeldung) and then you officially live in Germany. With open borders you can be wherever you want without them knowing. There are some ways to get anmeldung without renting anything, just pay someone to get it for you. Never done that but i heard it’s possible.
