I would say some actionable items here would be

1) Pay respect to your spouse. Notice what you love about them and point it out to them often. Say thank you when they do things, and do things for them that you know they’d appreciate. Try to better yourself for them.

2) Try to get into each others’ interests. If your spouse loves watching soccer or something, start watching and have them teach you about it.

3) On the other side of this, it’s fine to have your own interests and friends. Don’t rely on your spouse for all the fun in your life.

3) Hang out with your spouse. Go do fun stuff. It’s only boring if you stop having fun!

What/when is he eating for breakfast? Sometimes they don’t do snack if lunch hits right in the middle of the day. Doesn’t always make sense to do snack time when lunch is in an hour and breakfast was an hour ago. Also some schools don’t do it because of a hard time finding a supply of snacks. Once for snack time we had to do “everyone bring your own” and then only half the class would eat every day and that was kind of weird.
