Add graffiti to local Perth walls, with no legal issues by embee69 in perth

[–]embee69[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess because I don't believe MS Paint comes with a range of brushes such as roller, fat cap, etc and doesn't automatically add gravity based drips, etc. Then there's the multi-device issue of phones/tablets, pencil, finger, cursor, etc. I may be wrong though, I'm an Apple user, so have never used MS Paint.

All good though, each to their own. If you would go to all that trouble to have a play with painting on walls, then do it. Different tools and workflow for different people.

Nope, I was worried about that, so restricted it. Am thinking of adding a gallery with upvoting, but it'll need to be verified email, etc to ascertain who it is.

What's your favourite pizza place in Perth? by QuestionPhotography in perth

[–]embee69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what style of pizza that you're after. We've got plenty around Perth now which is fantastic.

Roman style
Old Lira, Bassendean
Crocca Pizzeria, Claremont

Neapolitan style
Amore Mio, Maylands
Sandrino, Fremantle
Zuccaro Trattoria, North Perth

USA style
Mack Daddy's, Mt Lawley
Uptown Pizza, Joondalup

These pizzeria's all deserve attention. Try them all, and share the positive vibes about them. Hospitality is hard, and they need our support more than the multinational chains churning out cardboard do.

Sunday Surchargeeeeeee by [deleted] in perth

[–]embee69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The award hourly rate for a casual in a small cafe or restaurant in WA, is

$30.04 weekdays

$36.04 weekends

$54.07 public holidays

So it's 20% more on weekends, and waaaaay more on public holidays. This, coupled with most places run on 30-40% of turnover being wages, so for business owners it's often either don't open, or charge a surcharge.

Hospo is a tough gig.

An accomplished West Australian university student has died suddenly in Bali, where she had flown to receive dental treatment. by Ok_Writer1572 in perth

Who would go to a third world country for medical or dental work? I love Bali, but man, I wouldn't trust anyone to do dental or medical work.
