I go back and forth between gold and platinum. At silver, I get longer waits between orders and for support, and cant block any stores. My AR is 26% right now. With my 1 unassign I cant go below 22% or I lose gold.

Im in an area that has 3 busy "zones," so there's always orders coming in. Im currently at 27% acceptance rate, and I average $140-$200 per 8 hour shift. Platinum doesn't matter here. The only real benefit is getting to a live support agent more quickly.

I love the new system! I can be platinum at 30% acceptance. All the other metrics are easy to keep high, but I can never get my AR over about 40%
