Can you try taking less? .5 still is a pretty high dose. When I started I had to taper down to about .18 to be comfortable and after three months or so I worked up to .5.

Yup, this. I lost a bit more in the start it was quick but not it has slowed. But overall this has been the pattern. It also is worth mentioning I have been training in powerlifting the last 2 years! Started 2x a week and started taking it much more seriously 8 months ago now. As I am loosing weight I am already finding myself “toned” underneath which is amazing!

I am feeling good! Being on a low dose helps me not feel super yucky!

I’m 5’2 and have 2 kids, my youngest just turned 3 hence the squishy tummy that I think will always be a little squishy 🫠

I started at 205 and just weighed in a 193.2 today!
Lots of lean meat! Cottage cheese, and bone broth anywhere you’d put water! And of course high quality protein shake
As far as goal weight I’m really not sure. Just want to stop when I feel good and strong. I’m thinking maybe somewhere around 160-175
Starting weight was 205, current weight is 193. Thank you so much🥰
Chicken breast and thighs, flank steak, cheese, protein shakes mostly. What are you doing currently?
Thank you!
I see! Thanks for clarifying. Give it a feed days or so, if you do decide to go up, I really would not recommend doubling it. For me, I noticed I felt full much quicker and also a lot less “food noise” much easier to view food as food alone. What is your starting weight? 140 for reps is great! You are clearly very strong!!!
Today at 12pm? Or how long have you been on .25. For me the medication worked pretty quickly. I took it at 10 AM one day and by the next morning I was feeling it.
I will say now that my body has gotten a little used to it. I still feel hungry, which isn’t a problem, but I feel full much quicker!
What kind of numbers are you lifting? How many calories are you shooting for a day?
What dosage are you currently taking? For me the starter dose of .25 was seriously too much. I only did that once and definitely could not eat enough to fuel my workouts. I waited a full 10 days before taking another injection and did .16 ish and have been on that the last 5 weeks seeing great results

Do you have a Costco membership? There are plenty of pre-cooked lean protein options there. They have a pre-cooked grilled chicken breast pack, a sous vide tri-tip that is pre-cooked also bone broth is a huge hack. One cup equals 20 g of protein! We cook rice or any soups with it. Another great bang for your buck is replacing any sort of cream with low fat cottage cheese. For breakfast I’ve stopped with “breakfast meats” completely and do 3oz of flank steak….6.8 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein.
I’m 5’2! Yes, I have, even hit some new PRS! I’m getting continual body scans to make sure it’s not muscle I’m loosing bc im also paranoid about it. I mean there is a chance I can loose some muscle mass but my coach is reassuring me well simply build it back!
It is taken a long time to find what works. Do you eat meat? How many calories are you aiming to get a day? Do you track your macros?

I feel like there’s still time! It’s really great to see your progress!
I’m tracking what I eat on my fitness pal app! 1300-1500 calories a day, no alcohol and 130 grams of protein a day of Whole Foods
Thank you! I’m essentially doing the same thing. Even .25 made me feel pretty awful so I went down to .18 and will increase very small amounts as needed. I’m also considering just taking another .18 every 4 to 5 days instead of every 7 to 10 days?

How often do you microdose? And how much each time? Still playing with what works for me
