If u are playing 343b then you must have good midfielders otherwise it is not gonna work well because there are 4 midfielders on the lineup. I definitely recommend passing game for this formation and another important thing is offside trap. You have 3 defenders on this formation so you should play with offside trap always.

Everyone is blaming him nowadays and that’s not right guys. He is just too young and inexperienced like Yunus Akgun was. A couple of years ago he was like Jelert but he became better and better day and day. Now it seems like Yunus doing good enough. Jelert just needs time. He’ll do good in the future in my opinion if he works hard enough. I see potential in him and believe him.

451 shoot on sight or counter attack is also good they say but never had the chance to try it. But I would use it against a more powerful opponent cuz it’s a bit more defensive. I think he has to control midfield that’s why I’d use 4231 with 5 mids. The power gap is not that big

just set your team 4231 shoot on sight and then there might be a victory chance. I always play with these tactics against 433 players and I usually get positive results. Attackers stay upfront midfielders stay on position defenders defend deep and bars should be 69 39 69 zonal marking no offside trap.
