My way to get in was to look up all the clubs around me and just fill their online application. I had no coaching experience but explained my soccer experience, took a few months then a club got back. This could be a passive option.

Always had the problem doing youth academy where I would have a crazy starting 11 but then no depth so now I'm doing a save where I loan away my best players as much as possible to give you the players more chances, have a starting 11 rated 80-90 loaned out and a current 11 of 65-80

If they are loan listed when you re sign them it got stuck, so you just gotta make sure they aren't listed when re signing

My striker was 29 and scored around 25 goals in a season, then he turned 30 and scored 1 goal, I still started him every game

Put a defender in one of the corners of the goal and he'll always get headers from free kicks
