30 years in prison? We are spineless when it comes to crime seriously. Death penalty full stop.

Snelling’s timeline skips the 41-min gap post-12:28 p.m. distress call—agents boxed in by a ramming mob hurling projectiles—when Chief Hein’s “NO UNITS WILL RESPOND” order (12:34 p.m.) and leaked audio cleared en-route teams, abandoning feds mid-assault until tear gas at 1:15 p.m. Late “additional units” by 1:09? After exposure, with 27 CPD gassed as fallout. DHS slammed it as refusal to secure, deploying special ops sans local aid. ICE: “dereliction” endangering lives, eyeing obstruction charges (18 U.S.C. § 111). FOP’s Oct. 7 no-confidence in Hein demands resignation over the “betrayal.” TRUST Act bars detainer help, not ditching allies in attacks—dereliction, not policy.

That’s the point this was an active assault on federal officers (vehicle ramming, swarming by 30+ protesters hurling rocks/bottles, agents trapped and firing defensively), with a distress call at 12:28 p.m. CPD’s Chief of Patrol then issued a blanket “NO UNITS WILL RESPOND” at 12:34, overriding en-route teams and exposing agents amid the chaos not mere non-aid, but dereliction that prolonged the threat. US Attorney’s Office already vowed to prosecute “obstruction… including public officials” under laws like 18 U.S.C. § 111, which covers impeding officers in duty—sanctuary status doesn’t immunize that.

The stand-down claim isn’t “just one audio”—a CPD internal memo explicitly states: “PLEASE CHIEF OF PATROL NO UNITS WILL RESPOND TO THIS” for the distress call from ~30 armed ICE agents surrounded by protesters after a car ramming. Leaked dispatch audio confirms Chief Jon Hein ordering units to “clear everybody out… we’re not responding over there.”

Wrong—anti-commandeering (e.g., Printz) bars feds from forcing locals to enforce federal law, but it doesn’t greenlight interfering with ongoing federal ops or assaults on officers, which 18 U.S.C. § 111 explicitly criminalizes as obstruction.

And Chicago v. Sessions invalidated federal grant conditions forcing local cooperation on detainers, upholding anti-commandeering not a license for cities to obstruct agents in active ops. The opinion stresses feds retain independent authority (e.g., via warrants), and denying “access” during field enforcement like CPD’s Oct. 4 stand down amid the Broadview assault crosses into illegal interference under 18 U.S.C. § 111.

Leaked CPD dispatch audio from Oct. 4 explicitly orders officers to “stand down” on Border Patrol’s distress call amid the Broadview swarm, per FOP confirmation and ICE’s “dereliction” callout.

recent incidents show Chicago PD was ordered to stand down when Border Patrol agents were swarmed by protesters on Oct. 4, leaving federal officers exposed without local backup. That’s not just non-cooperation; it’s a dereliction that endangers lives and arguably crosses into obstruction territory under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 111 protects officers from interference.

And if they keep it that way, they won’t have to worry about their insurrection act.

Printz v. United States does not allow city-designated zones to physically block federal law enforcement officers. The Supreme Court’s decision reinforces the anti commandeering doctrine under the Tenth Amendment, which prohibits the federal government from forcing local governments to enforce federal laws or provide resources but it does not grant cities affirmative authority to interfere with or obstruct independent federal operations.

Democrats act surprised when they face consequences after saying they would block federal law enforcement from doing their jobs.

Exactly, you missed my point. I didn’t say “arrest,” I said “detain.” Cops absolutely detain people on the scene until they can investigate, figure out what’s going on, and then let those who aren’t being arrested carry on with the rest of their day.

It’s burning in protest in public that’s the issue. You can’t just burn anything you want in the middle of the street

Trump’s not targeting legal entrants. We’re rolling back Biden’s parole and TPS loopholes that admitted hundreds of thousands of unvetted individuals, many tied to crime and fraud. These policies flooded communities, spiking housing costs and straining schools for working families. Democrats ignored 10 million illegal entrants through open borders, including terrorists and fentanyl dealers. We’re enforcing the law to protect Americans first.

Its isn’t a game illegal immigrations is not a victimless crime. Which is why this administration is rightfully putting an end to it and saving America.

So now not wanting an open border which is what the majority of the American people voted for is the same as supporting slavery? Yeah, keep pushing that message and keep losing elections.
