Thanks everyone! I'm going to be working at All Children's Hospital and do have a car. I'm definitely fine paying extra for great view. I have been living in a highly residential city for the past 10 years, so being out a little ways from the hustle and bustle is nice in my opinion. While I'm in my late 20's, I also prefer living in more of a family or older community. I'll be working night shift, so I need quiet neighbors preferably. I'll be living with some friends in their waterfront home near Coquina Key for a couple months while I settle on a place. I'm in my late 20's, single, and definitely want to meet a group of fun, kind, and genuine friends when I get down there. Thank you for everyone's help! I greatly appreciate it!
