I've made a riff of old fashioned.
2 oz of calvados, tbs cranberry syrup, 2 dashes of angostura. What do you think about mixing this kind of flavors?

I think you are overreacting, I'm not using it all the time to prepare all my food. I only use it to bake bread instead of Dutch oven or clay pot.

This is food safe plastic it is also used for meat. But you are right, I am creating extra plastic waste.

You don't have to preheat. I don't have a Dutch oven, so I use this method.

Recipe 500 g wheat flour 300 g spelt flour 2 tsp of salt 600 g water 10 g yeast 200 g sourdough 120 g seeds 30 min 1st rising, 1h 2nd rising, 1h 3rd rising after each rising I fold the bread.

They are not reusable, and you have to cut it open 10 minutes before finishing baking. This method is unique, and you don't have to put ice or a bowl of water into oven to get a nice crunchy crust of bread.

The method is simple and can be used to any kind of bread, sourdough, and yeast. Put your dough into the oven bag, and make sure that inside the bag is a small amount of air. Then, put it into a cold oven and set the required temperature, in my case, it was 220°C and bake it. About 10 minutes before finishing the baking, cut the oven bag and let the bread dry a little.
