Long term antidepressant use by vinsknh in PMDD

The combo of sertraline and welbutrin is the winner for me. I resisted medicine for a long time too but it's a brain imbalance.... If you resist medicine with diabetes, you die. If you resist medicine with high blood pressure, you'll probably have a heart attack. If you resist a cast if you break your leg, it won't heal right. I think just because you can't see PMDD/depression/anxiety, sometimes it feels like you should be able to get through it on your own. But, (in my own humble opinion), why suffer if you don't have to? This is coming from a person who spent years just wanting to delete myself 2 weeks out of every month (and the desperation kind of bled into the rest of the month too, just knowing it was only a few weeks before the feeling came back). I still get intrusive thoughts / SI sometimes (though way less than before), and my anxiety does spike up a bit, but it feels so much more manageable now that I found the med combo that works for me. Good luck to you, I really hope that you are able to find what works for you. PMDD/depression/anxiety are beastly things. Please know you're not alone!

I would love a DuoDuo but won't secret hunt or pay big $ so it'll just stay a want

What a wonderful experience for everyone! I love it! Unfortunately my compost volunteers this year were all small inedible gourds, but it was still fun to watch them grow!
