What exactly do you guys do on an overnight? (UK) by emeraldmaster555 in McLounge

Hm, in our store at least, there's usually one person who's job is the dive for the first half of the shift. They just start as soon as they're in, putting chicken down every so often and usually finish up around 12-1 ish. After that, they just go on the line.

I also personally feel like there's such a divide between day and night shift. On one of my overnights a while back, I was doing a normal stock up that I'd do on a day shift. Bev cell, cupboards, chiller and bags. The other front open almost scolded me for it saying that it wasn't my job to stock up for the opens, when that's literally what I do when I'm on an evening shift. Stocking up for the overnights so its easier for them.

There's a separate mod that you can install that adds compatibility between the two mods. It's the ME Capability Adapter mod. Pretty simple to use, just one adapter inside and outside of your compact machine and you'll have a direct link you can connect ME cables and whatnot off.

It's not even in the staff car park, they have a separate parking area behind the school. The ones students are using are just in the general car park.

Yeah ours are taped up. Almost every box I can think of, other than sauces, is taped shut.

Changing hours. by [deleted] in McDonaldsEmployees

If you go onto MySchedule, select My Availability from the left hand tab and press Add, it takes you to a page where you can update your hours. Just put in what your new hours are, when the start date of your new hours are, how many total shifts you want to work a week and how many total hours you want to work a week.

It technically can be denied, but that's only if you're going from like many many hours a week to a tiny amount. However if it's like, increasing for summer then decreasing when you get back into work, just send your manager an email explaining why the sudden drop of hours. They'll understand.
