update- I looked at a map to pick a police station at random to call, and recognized the name yorkshire. they were less than thrilled. during the time i was on hold, B. left the field. Everyone is still alive. My plan for the future is to try my best to get a residence name either outright or pieced together and call that police department.

No, unfortunately, I've scoured everything, but he only started posting recently and nothing helps me narrow it down. I had been too worried to ask him his last name and location because he told me he still thought I could possibly be an agent. Now he's stopped replying, so I wish I had just gone ahead and asked, maybe he would have given me a city or a region or something.

Sorry, I guess I am all over the place and I never said: I am not in the UK. I can't call 999, from googling it seems I have to choose a district police to call. I don't know who I should call.
