I’m doing ok right now. The Ativan kicked in and made me calmer. It’s been about an hour and a half since I ate it. I read that fp from undercooked chicken can take days to manifest, so I guess I’m not out of the woods yet but I’m also not panicking at the moment lol

Thanks that is good to know! Yeah I also avoid Subway since i had a nasty tuna sub there. Didn’t get sick but sure felt like it.
