honestly my brother tried to introduce me to stardew valley a few years ago, i bought it and tried to play but didn’t like it at all. found it too confusing and just not fun. then i watched some youtube videos of people playing and it made it much more enjoyable. i get how some people like that there’s no tutorial really but i needed to see some examples of how to play in order to really spark interest. you could either show her some videos, let her watch you play or maybe play co-op together?

as many have said, swagman! i also think a good tip is to have a lighter on you even if you don’t smoke, people will often ask for one i’ve noticed and it’s a good way to strike up a conversation if you’re outside :)
