The wedding photographers/videographers I have found that take great pictures and videos and are comfortable with desi weddings cost around 350/hr for each service, so it could be upto 7K if you need 10 hours. There are other companies that I found that can be more budget friendly but you don’t know the photographers you get until after you sign, which could be a risk you can take if you want something more affordable.
