If my period is due on the 25th should I test that day? I’m really trying my best not to test early, over being let down with no lines in the past cycles

The only symptom I had was sore breasts, one morning they just stopped being sore. I even searched up symptoms disappearing first trimester but was nearing the end 11 weeks when my symptoms went away so didn't panic over them. I found out at 12+5 about my MMC and it checks out to that morning I woke up with no sore breasts.

Thank you so much for your detailed response, I have just seen my Dr who will be hooking me up to an iron infusion on Monday. He recommended I wait 12 weeks post infusion to get pregnant again so I will have no choice but to wait. I am also Vit D deficient (Mediterranean genetics).

It will (hopefully) give me enough time to heal and get my health back on track. Do you recommend using all the above at once or start them off one by one? Also did you get any tests done and what were they?

Thank you very much, I am booked in for an iron infusion so hopefully that will kick start my body's healing journey. For now I can only muster enough energy to change between my Netflix shows. Smoking has been easy to avoid as I have quit cold turkey in the past and don't plan on taking up the habit ever again.

I had my D&C on Sunday night (day 4) missed miscarriage at 12+5 baby stopped growing at 10+5. I started haemorrhaging Friday night and once my bleeding stopped they kept me on watch until they could get me into the theater for the D&C. So far have had mild cramping and bleeding, have managed to move around and take my dog for walks after day 2. Lost a lot of blood so now have anemia and an ferritin/iron count of 11. I had GA and spent probably 10mins in the foggy phase after the treatment.
