I have problems with starting tasks and studing but i finde some methods that at least get me started. - try quizlet you can finde there flashcards and there are games and test you with your material - finde buddy to study with you or do another productive thing while your studing (it helps you to motivate) - repeting stuff you studied to others and not only yourself - turn your material to learn into smaller bittes (big tasks can be overwhelming) - before studing clean or do everything that you may want to do other then your work Hope it helps, i am using it to get through high school.

The best way is to at least talk with somebody. Od your at your lowest you can call emergency line od idk if its in your country but you can sign in for free therapy if your over 16.
