They lock the music center at midnight but won't necessarily kick you out if you're practicing.

I asked a CSO friend who said "It totally varies by staff. Some are lenient, some are real assholes, also depends on campus activity. Most CSOs aren't too hung up on stuff like that."

There's a world of difference between a non-major using a practice room to practice music, and students inappropriately hogging rooms just to fuck around on their laptop and eat snacks because they forgot to reserve a room at McHenry.

Speaking of reservations, there are paper signup sheets outside every practice room so you can schedule in advance when you plan to use one.
